Downtown Patterson
We got in the car today for a short car ride. I didn't realize until now that I didn't take pictures or run film. What a maroon.
Anyway, our singular picture stop was in downtown Patterson. Founded in 1919, the town has a central circular hub with streets like spokes coming out of the circle. There's a park right at the circle as well.
After here, we drove through the farms and orchards of Stanislaus and Merced counties. I started to feel poorly and we headed home after a while. My sleep was out of kilter. At least it wasn't my back going tits up. Some of the fruit and nut trees were starting to blossom. It was a beautiful day. I'm not sure what we're doing tomorrow, Thursday we have an errand or two before we eat at my brother's for the usual Thursday night dinner. So we may go for another car ride or two.
