An Apricot Poodle

When X arranged to buy Chico from the breeder, I was told he should be apricot like this dog in the picture. Chico turned out more creamy with mild apricot highlights. We bought him while he was still in utero. Don't ask me how one of the other pups wasn't meant for us, I really wasn't involved in any of it. Chico's vet calls him "calico," which I thought applied to cats.
X and I were at the Oasis in Vegas and we petted a true apricot standard poodle. What a beautiful animal.
